Import of Result File
In: Import
Opening of this window currently occurs only in the case of import of MSC.NASTRAN *.pch punch file. PragTic scans its content and shows in the left table, results of which load cases or at which steps are available. The user can either select desired group of results or all of them. He has to assign them the step number and their ID-names, under which they will be known within the task. Then, push the Run button.

Starting from the version PragTic v.0.2 betaH, the same dialogue will be used also for imports of other native files. To this moment, it is applied to load regimes only - an example of such import can be seen in Fig. 2. The new procedure allows selecting some items from the whole list only and changing their ID-names while being imported to the new task. While importing the load regimes, make a check first that all the result files forming these load regimes either exist under the same ID-name in the new task or tha there are other data_vectors, to which this load regime can be related. Once PragTic founds that some data_vector in one of the uploaded load regime is not in the database, it asks, which other data_vector should replace it.
